The Nebraska Global Orphan Project is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based organization that was created by people with a heart to serve the 143 million orphans in our world. Our desire is to promote adoption where possible and where not possible to support orphans physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs in their native countries.
Our purpose is to live the command 'to defend the CAUSE of the weak and fatherless: maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed' (Psalm 82:3)
WE DESIRE TO:
Raise awareness of the needs of orphans both domestically andinternationally Be an ongoing support for orphanages in third world countries Establish a fund to financially assist approved adoptive families Unite children with forever families by promoting adoption
